Do you love Marie Kondo?

You know…. that adorable Japanese lady who wrote the bestselling book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up.

I’m afraid Marie Kondo has become the new cilantro—you either love her or hate her.

Me…?

I love Marie Kondo!

(I also love cilantro!)

I don’t agree with everything she suggests (only 30 books, really?), but I do love her.

Of course, as a declutter coach myself, I’m also simultaneous totally jealous of her — her “spark joy” brand, her changing the world, getting famous and all that. And her hair… I bet her hair is NEVER frizzy. Sighhh — I digress.

Anyway…

She has a new show streaming on Netflix right now:

Tidying Up with Marie Kondo.

So, if you feel like you’re surrounded by too much stuff and it’s stressing you out, you want help but you’re not ready to invest in hiring someone like me, watch this show!

Give it a try. This week.

Watch an episode or two, then pile every article of clothing you own on your bed and see what “sparks joy.”

It’s pretty amazing.

I know you don’t want to pull everything out of your closet (or closets) and see it all piled up on your bed, but this method really works!!

Really, you are not going to want to do this. I know — but try it. Do it! Go all in!

It’s gonna change everything for you!

My hubby and I have a fairly minimal closet already, but we try to do this every fall. We just did it again a few weeks ago and managed to come out of it with 2 more grocery bags of donations for Goodwill. Yay!

If you’ve never tried this “take-it-all-out” and see if it “sparks joy” approach, I bet you’ll come out of it with MANY MORE bags than we did! And you’ll have a lighter, freer, more spacious closet.

Which leads to a lighter, free, more spacious life!
